YOU FIRST

You First supports adults with learning disabilities on a domiciliary basis and are looking to recruit Support Workers in the Yeovil area. They are holding a Recruitment morning at Yeovil Jobcentre on Tuesday 10th May. See below for more details about the Support Workers role.

You First Support Services CIC is a Social Enterprise, formed as a Community Interest Company, delivering domiciliary and Supported Living services for adults with learning disabilities across Somerset.

As a Social Enterprise our focus is not about making profit, rather it’s about adding social value to one of the most vulnerable groups in our society. We do not have shareholders therefore we do not pay dividends. Instead, any surplus profits are reinvested to benefit the people we support. Also, as a CIC, all profits and assets are legally tied to the company and not an individual.

We currently have Support Worker vacancies of various hours across the county.

Support Workers provide an invaluable role enabling people with learning disabilities to access and play a vital role within their community. You will be instrumental in enabling people to live their lives in the way they choose.
